Sally Heiter (B.S., Rutgers) has a background in design (landscape architecture and graphic design), music (classical voice, choral conducting, composition), copyediting (scientific journals and textbooks), and marketing (copy, photography and graphics). She has studied a few languages (French, German, Italian (through opera), Latin and Ancient Greek) and has a consequent interest in the history of languages, English included.
